Paul Lee is a consultant orthopaedic surgeon and double visiting professor of sports medicine, the University of Lincoln as well as medical engineering, the University of
Chester. He has a PhD in medical engineering, MSc in Sports Medicine, and many surgical fellowships in regenerative medicine.

Professor Paul Lee is a medical doctor as well as an engineer. Appling engineering principles to human biology and regeneration physiology, he has taken musculoskeletal medicine to the next level. Professor Paul Lee is accredited by the ICRS as a teaching centre of excellence for cartilage and joint preservation surgery and as a recognised expert in the field of regenerative medicine. He is also a member of the International Society of Cell and Gene Therapy.

Prof. Paul Lee is a global authority on Arthrosamid injections for osteoarthritis, with over 200 procedures performed. He has pioneered a 15-step injection protocol and developed a proprietary AI algorithm in collaboration with the University of Lincoln to predict treatment success. Prof. Lee is also the inventor of MAI-Motion technology, which he has ingeniously integrated with Arthrosamid to offer a holistic, evidence-based approach to treatment. His extensive research has been published in peer-reviewed journals, making him a sought-after speaker at international conferences. Prof. Lee’s innovative work sets the gold standard in Arthrosamid treatment.

As part of the original Gilmore's Groin team at the London Sports Injury Clinic on 108 Harley Street, Professor Lee have linked Oestititis Pubis, Gilmore's groin and adductor pathology to the A.S.I.A. syndrome, as well as developed a successful treatment plan. Professor Lee’s qualifications and experience in both medical and surgical settings allow him to offer his patients a wealth of knowledge and support in advanced regeneration treatment such as Fat Cells, PRF, PRP, BMAC, BMPs and stem cells. Furthermore, as a regional surgical advisor for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, Professor Lee is fully engaged in medical teaching and offers support to students to develop their surgical skills.

Drawing on surgery, technology, engineering and medical principles, Prof Lee uses digital technology to build artificial intelligence and deep learning models for musculoskeletal regenerative medicine. He is the medical director of MSK Doctors, and has established a network of doctors, surgeons, physios and scientists to form the ENRICH-MSK partnership to promote education and research in MSK regeneration and sports medicine. He has also founded the MSK-AI motion lab, and has won many competitive funding awards nationally, including Innovate UK, to support his research. In addition, he has more than 100 research publications by peer-reviewed journals and international conferences, with a total of over 1000 citations.
