EXHIBITOR MANUAL
Dear Exhibitor,
We are pleased to welcome you as an exhibitor at The 3rd RMOS Summit, scheduled to take place at the prestigious Swissotel Bosporus in Istanbul from November 30th to December 2nd, 2023. To ensure a successful and smooth event for all participants, we have put together this manual with important information and guidelines.
Exhibitor Set-up and Dismantling:
• Dismantling of booths should take place only after the official closing time of the event.
• Exhibitors are responsible for the removal of all materials, equipment and waste generated by their participation in the event.

• Tables must be staffed by a representative of the exhibiting company during exhibition hours.
Shipping and Handling:
• Exhibitors are responsible for arranging shipment of their materials to the event venue, as well as the return of all materials after the event. The delivery should be arranged to arrive two days prior to the congress. The address for delivery is Swissotel The Bosphorus, located at Swissôtel The Bosphorus Istanbul, Vişnezade, Acısu Sokaği No:19, 34357 Beşiktaş/İstanbul, Türkiye. Please use the service entrance and label the package with the name “Congress RMOS”.
• The event venue will not be responsible for any loss or damage to exhibitor materials during shipping or handling.
Insurance:
• All exhibitors are strongly encouraged to have their own insurance policy that covers liability, theft, damage or loss of property.
• The event organizers will not be responsible for any damages or loss of property during the event.
Promotion:
• Exhibitors are encouraged to promote their participation in the event to their own networks and social media channels.
