General Information:
- The 4th Regenerative Orthopaedic Summit (RMOS) invites researchers, clinicians, and professionals from the regenerative medicine, sports medicine, orthopaedic fields to submit abstracts for consideration.
- Abstracts should contain original research, clinical studies, case reports, or innovative ideas relevant to regenerative medicine and orthopaedics.
- The submission deadline for abstracts is September 1, 2024.
Abstract Categories:
Abstracts should be submitted under one of the following categories:
- Basic Science and Translational Research
- Clinical Studies and Trials
- Case Reports and Clinical Presentations
- Innovations in Regenerative Medicine and Orthopaedics
Abstract Submission Guidelines:
- Abstracts must be written in English.
- The title should be concise and clearly reflect the content of the abstract.
- The abstract body should be structured with sections for Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
- The abstract text should not exceed 300 words.
- Use standard abbreviations, ensuring they are defined at first mention.
- Include up to three keywords relevant to the abstract content.
- Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest.
Presenter Information:
- Provide the full name, professional title, institution, and contact details of the presenting author.
- Indicate whether the presenter is a researcher, clinician, or other professional.
Review and Selection:
- All submitted abstracts will undergo a blinded peer-review process by experts in the field.
- Abstracts will be evaluated based on scientific quality, relevance, clarity, and innovation.
- Authors will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their abstracts by September 30th, 2024.
Presentation Formats:
- Accepted abstracts will be assigned to either oral or poster presentations.
- The scientific committee will determine the format based on the abstract content and quality.
Presentation Guidelines:
- Detailed guidelines and instructions for oral and poster presentations will be provided to the accepted presenters.
- Presenters must ensure that their presentations comply with the given guidelines.
Publication:
- Accepted abstracts will be published in the official program book of the 4th RMOS Summit.
Copyright:
- By submitting an abstract, authors grant RMOS the right to publish the abstract in the event materials and related publications.
How to Submit:
- Abstracts must be submitted through the official submission portal on the RMOS website (www.rmosociety.com).
- Ensure that all required fields are completed accurately before submitting the abstract.
Note:
All speakers who are submitting abstracts are required to pay the registration fee for the 4th RMOS Summit.
